How essential is food at the moment?

How do they work? Dining and personal rooms seem to work fine, but my folks never seem to want to use the hospital when they're hurt.

Hey, sorry for the late reply! In case you haven't figured it out yet the townsfolk and your soldiers tend only to use the hospital when their hp drops below a certain threshold. I'm not 100% sure where that is, but it is somewhere around "Severely Wounded." Also, if you toss a bed and the medicine cabinet in there, then they heal faster, I believe. Don't quote me on that tid-bit, though haha
