Game saves are the same for both the windows and mac. To move them over from mac to windows you need to copy the files from:

/Users/USERNAME/.towns/saves

to

C:\users\USERNAME\.towns\saves


The game should find the save and be able to load it. :)


I think he transferred his save but gets this error:

which does sound like a difference in the xaos.jar..

Also are you using any mods? As some mods will make your game not-save compatible with a vanilla towns.. I don't get why it would want to put terrain in the citizen group though :D haha.. I don't know if that is what it means.. :P

The jar files are universal. Xavi gives me the windows dev builds to run on my mac. I simply need the /natives folder from the last mac version of the game.

You need the /natives folder from v13a for the system you are using the game n. the save files and .jar files re universal, and should work fin on either system

Also, make sure you have the same Mods ob both.
