It doesn't affect the speed. Just make the citizen to move at random (when idle) a bit less often

Wait until you get a "green blue hat of the turtle" (as in the blue vanity hat), "helmet of the pigslayer of the dragon", or my personal favourite, "red golden boots" of the hawk.

There have been some good ones as well though: "white bone helmet", "black bone helmet", "green goblin head", "red red hat" (how red can a hat get..?)

The ultimate combination though is the "green green hat" - not only is the hat green, it's legend is green and it's display name in-game as well! That's a triple-green hat, a hat trick of green!

We need more magic modifiers, simply so we can have more combinations of failed and win names

Just got an awesome helmet of the dragon for the first time. Love the modifiers but one question: WHY THE HELL DID IT HAVE TO BE THE WOODEN ONE AND NOT THE SPIDERITE ONE MADE JUST BEFORE?!!!

Stick it on an archer - Dragon gives you the best LoS boost and decent damage and ATK; and you don't need to worry about DEF ususally since all your archers should have tanking melee guys in front to die horrib- I mean, valiantly protect them
