Beast Mask Cooldown(I guess this is a bug)

In effects.xml, there's something odd that's also plain to see in the game:

   <effect>
      <id>beastmaskcooldown</id>
      [...]
      <afterEffects>beastmask</afterEffects>
      [...]
   </effect>
Due to this, a Townie who wears the Mask of the Beast once is caught in the cycle forever, switching between Power of the Beast and Tiredness.

Its a curse.... Curses don't go away that easily...

But dev's have said before that's how they want it.. So unless they decide to change it.. I don't think it is really a bug.

Oh. I didn't know that. Well, is there any way to cure Townies from this curse currently? Or do I have to mod one in?

You have to mod it to not aftereffect to beast mask so it can wear off..

or mod in a cure!...

I think cures for this and other diseases/curses will be added when they do the potion making/herblist zone update.. eventually.

Or we could have some kind of leveling: beastmaskcooldown gives beastmask1, but beastmask grants immunity to beastmask1. beastmask1 turns into beastmaskcooldown1, which turns into beastmask2 etc. until it stops. So, if the Townie doesn't wear the Mask anymore, the effect will go away after a while.

I understand that bit, however I am not sure why they decide to stop directly outside the opening of my "entrance". I would expect them to place it on the other side of the wall near the sugarcane plants. Obviously you cannot see the rest of my town, but the flowers and wheat they also place there are not on the direct edges of the wall like the sugarcane is and they are still placing it there.
