Changing Immigration

Is it possible to modify the requirements for immigration? If so, where? I would like to change the happiness requirements to be closer to the number of townies so it's a little easier to get the huge population levels.

crap. any easy way to do (mass) happiness changes? I don't want to have to go through every item and change it unless I absolutely have to

Most basic change is done with that mod of mine, and basicly removes the need for happiness in the game.

nah I like happiness was just hoping to lessen the difficulty curve a smidge. idk if this is really modding but is it possible to change the save game location? I play on multiple devices so I try to set my save games to a folder on dropbox. any idea if this is doable or am I just going to keep copying the file manually?

how would I install your mod? do I copy the files into the main program? It says not to use the integrated modloader so I'm guessing that's what is needed
